Damon is a well respected strategic adviser providing sound business direction and communication and marketing solutions to a wide range of local and national companies. His background is in journalism, PR, sport sponsorship and marketing.

Damon strongly believes in actively participating in the community and providing his skills and experience. He has gained a high level of governance experience which includes being a current Hastings District Councillor (currently serving his 3rd term and chair of performance and monitoring) , chair of Sport Hawke’s Bay, co-chair of the Jarrod Cunningham Youth Sport Trust, Trustee of Mates of Hawke’s Bay (a workplace suicide prevention programme – www.mates4life.org.nz) and Sportslink. He has also been a governance adviser for the Paora Winitana and Paul Henare Basketball Academy.
In his spare time he loves surfing, mountain biking, keeping hit and healthy and spending time with his family.

Anna Lorck has spent her career championing and campaigning for Hawke’s Bay, business, industry and the community. With over 25 years in the communications and media PR game, Anna has earned a reputation for breaking through regional boundaries, ensuring those in the provinces get their stories told across New Zealand and internationally.
Anna served seven years as an elected board member of Hawke’s Bay Chamber of Commerce. She is on the advisory committee for the Hawke’s Bay Primary Sector Awards and is a Graduate of the Kelloggs Rural Leadership Programme.
